Lunch for today

So I weighed out 5 oz. of shrimp (tails off, and for shrimp I add on one more ounce. Usually I take 4oz. of protien, but shrimp is one of those that you can have an ounce more.) 1 peeled and cut up cucumber, half an orange, and one stoned wheat thin. There ya go!

And of coarse WATER!! And lots of it!
