Feeling the burn

I just got done working out for 1 hour. 45 min cardio, the rest upper body strength training. GREAT workout tonight! I am also doing arobics on my upper body while on the eliptical..which I do for 1 min at a time cause it literally raises my heart rate 20 beats a min! So I do 1 min, every 5 min. BIG + when it comes to the cardio! that way Im not missing my arms! My arms are literally burning as I type this. I must confess though, I havent been eating like I should..but I am planning on getting that nailed down soon. :)
